Maxi has almost been an 8 month old baby now. He’s a handsome tall baby (now at 74 cms) with captivating wide smile. He likes to babble, he grabs any interesting things nearby him, turns immediately to any strange interesting noise around him, he likes to be sit or held standing up, he won’t let go thing under his possession easily. Maxi has been able to call me “De..da..daddy..” since last Saturday (11/22/2008). Of course my wife, Tantri, was a little envy Maxi chose calling dad first than mom. I teased her by saying please queue to get called by Maxi and that he may not pick up new word daily, so keep on that patience.

I’m very happy that Maxi seems to have grown up as a healthy & smart baby. Maxi likes to shake the baby box by pushing its pole with his feet to make his favorite pole-hanging bear-dolls rattle. His alternative “method” is by pulling the mosquito net to shake the bear dolls.
